Rio2016Olympics: Jamaica’s Elaine Thompson Wins Women’s 100m Final

Elaine Thompson of Jamaica has won the women’s 100 meters sprint at the Rio 2016 Olympics in a time of 10.71 seconds on Saturday.

Tori Bowie of the United States finished second with a time of 10:83 to take silver, while defending champion Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce of Jamaica won bronze with a time of 10:86, her seasons best. Congrats to her. See more pics after the cut...
